SNAP Goes the Weasel – Fast & Furious Food Stamps

Let’s play Connect the Dots….
Foundational Prelude:
Consider that US geo-econo-political interests in Mexican oil, domestic migrant-slave labor, undocumented voting bloc percentages, and USD exports create a triple decade unholy relationship between the governments of the US and Mexico, in that each is seeking resource parity.
Mexico has interests in exporting its poorer populations to the US, which in turn can exploit them domestically as cheap slave labor and an illegal voting bloc, while at the same time, reverse-leverage their presence on US soil against Mexican increases in commodity raw-material prices into world and US markets.
[ As an example, you can read this as: “If you raise your price of oil, silver, and pesos on us, we will increase domestic and border enforcement, forcing your unskilled labor back on you to create unrest in your backyard.” ]
Add to this scenario-construct the introduction of a vicious set of competing drug cartels, who leverage the ease of border crossing agreements into a major franchised system of human smuggling (human pack mules) of drugs, weapons, and currencies, through a loose network of gangs, international terrorist organizations, and ‘profitable transactions of opportunity’.
Last Decade
Over the last decade [post-911] under Mexican PAN Party Presidents Fox and Calderon, Mexico tried to balance its declining domestic portfolio as it waged an all-out war against the drug cartels while having to deal with a draw-down in US unskilled labor due to a financial collapse and contracting global economic market.
The Drug Cartels reacted in kind, with increased violence on both sides of the border, engaging in unspeakable acts of violence [kidnappings, beheadings, and literal slaughter], the systematic assassinations of public officials & law enforcement, effectively crippling the Mexican tourism industry.
Fast & Furious and the 2012 Mexican Election
Anti-2nd Amendment forces have long desired an orchestrated scheme by which gun control can be achieved in the US. Various strawmen have been exploited through the years: personal ownership and use of ‘assault weapons’, ‘guns lead to domestic violence’, threats to civil order by ‘open carry’ laws, and other such distortions.
The latest attempt to induce calls for gun control has been through an opportunist “top-down, bottom-up” scheme called Fast & Furious, whereby an official policy project initiated at the highest levels of the Obama Administration sought to willfully skirt domestic and international laws, permitting and ensuring that large amounts of dangerous weapons originating from near-border gun stores were allowed to fall into drug cartel hands, with the intent to “catch and trace” said weapons (after people were killed at crime scenes) back to their US-domestic gun-shop origins—thus “proving” the danger of such weapons and providing a platform to legislate expanded gun controls.
As a result of F&F, hundreds of Mexican citizens were killed. Many in the PAN Mexican government stated intentions to press international charges for acts of war against the United States, and to seek to bring to justice those in the US government responsible for the deaths of these citizens.
And Now The Rumors and Connect the Dots…
Fast forward to 2012, where the PRI party has won the presidential election, with Enrique Pena Nieto as presidente-elect.
The word on the street is that the PRI has long ties with the drug cartels, Citibank, Swiss Central Banks, and a history of deal making and money laundering. That history is now making a return to the present with charges of money laundering charges to be filed with the Mexican Attorney General this week.
Further it is believed that once in power, the PRI will usher-in a new era of cease-fire peace between the conflicting interests of the US-Mexican law enforcement agencies, the drug cartels, and the war on the tourist industry by ensuring the cartels will be able to engage in “business as usual”, assisting with the cartel’s need to launder cash, and with promises that the persons responsible on the US-side for Fast & Furious will not be sought out for extradition & trial for murder and arms trafficking in Mexico.
Another rumor is that this agreement fits perfectly with a quid-pro-swap of the Obama Administration’s grant of amnesty, the shuttering of border patrol stations, and the most recent regulation-manipulation of Food Stamps.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture that manages the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), more commonly known as food stamps, is enlisting the aid of the government of Mexico in its quest to seek out new candidates for this already much abused “entitlement.”
“USDA and the government of Mexico have entered into a partnership to help educate eligible Mexican nationals living in the United States about available nutrition assistance,” the USDA explains on its web page entitled “Reaching Low-Income Hispanics With Nutrition Assistance.” “Mexico will help disseminate this information through its embassy and network of approximately 50 consular offices.”
Conclusion….
And you thought that this year’s US election for president was all about jobs, jobs, jobs…
